 Our
vision for downtown Florence is an economically vibrant
community which embraces our history, encourages
innovation and maintains our hometown character. The
Main Street Program, through its volunteers and
public/private partnerships, seeks to create an
environment that reinforces downtown as the center of
the community. Our organization focuses on programs and
projects that increase downtown's physical appeal,
supports a balanced mix of uses, celebrates our history
and creates a common sense of place for the community.
